    In-Store Exchange Policy

    Thank you for shopping at K-la Boutique. Nothing is more important to us than your 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your new selections, we will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange your items within 10 days of purchase. Please don't forget your original receipt, items will not be eligible for exchange without receipt. Items eligible for exchange must be in its ORIGINAL condition, all tags must be attached and items cannot be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise not received in its original condition, will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. K-la Boutique reserves the right to refuse store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item/s presented at the time of exchange.

      Phone Purchases Exchange Policy

      You can exchange or receive store credit for any item/s purchased over the phone at any of our K-la locations. Simply bring your merchandise to a store near you and we will gladly process your exchange. Please don't forget your original receipt, items will not be eligible for exchange without receipt.

      In-store Holiday Exchange Policy


      Regular priced clothing, jewelry, home goods & gifts purchased between November 22- December 24, 2016 may be returned by January 8, 2017 for store credit or merchandise exchange ONLY. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, all tags must be attached, and the original or gift receipt must be present at the time of exchange.
      The following items are FINAL sale and not eligible for store credit or exchange.

      Online Order Return Policy

      Thank you for shopping at SHOPKLA. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us via email at onlineorders@shopkla.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA). No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Any merchandise mailed back without an RA number will be returned to sender. SHOPKLA is not responsible for return shipping charges.

      Mail Returns:

      You may return your full priced item/s purchased online within 15 days of purchase. Items purchased online and shipped back to SHOPKLA will be issued a full refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Items purchased online must be shipped back and arrive in store within 15 days of purchase date. Sale items are final sale. Items eligible for return must be in its ORIGINAL condition, all tags must be attached and items cannot be worn, altered or washed.

      How to return:

       

      1. Contact customer service at onlineorders@shopkla.com, subject line must read "RA REQUEST". Include detailed information regarding the reason/s for return. If item is damaged, please include description of damage (photos optional).

      2. A customer service representative will reply within 48 hours of receiving your request. If your return is approved, you will be issued an RA number, which must be written on the outside of your box and written on the return form included with your return shipment.

      3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to use an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). SHOPKLA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

      4. Place item/s in a box, include original receipt and return form and mail to the following address: SHOPKLA (Attention: Online Orders)    9816-B Rea Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277

      5. Once your items has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours of approval.

      6. Any item/s rejected for return will be mailed back to the customer at customer’s expense. Item/s will be shipped using UPS and COD (Check on Delivery) will be required in order for UPS to release the shipment. If you wish to pick up any rejected item/s at our Phillips Place Location, you may do so with prior approval from customer service.

      In-store Online Order Exchange:

      All regular priced items purchased on SHOPKLA may be returned to any K-la Location.

      Items purchased online and returned to a any K-la location, will be issued store credit. Items purchased online and returned to a K-la location must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale. Items eligible for exchange must be in its ORIGINAL condition, all tags must be attached and items cannot be worn, altered or washed.

      How to return:

      1. Bring your item/s and original receipt to any K-la location (addresses provided below).

      2. Your items will be inspected by a staff member, if the item/s is eligible for exchange or store credit, it will be issued at that time.

      3. Store credit does not expire and may be used at any K-la Location.
